
Lance Robins began his career with Honeywell, Inc., in Ann Arbor, Michigan, as a Commercial Protections Systems Designer. After obtaining numerous awards (including Presidents Club) and promotions, he culminated hus career in New York City as the Senior Sales Manager for the Commercial and Residential Sales Division for the five-borough metropolitan area.
After Honeywell, Mr. Robins established and operated a West Coast division for Met-Chem Testing Labratories, Incorporation, a materials testing labratory. He successfully guided that operation for 10 years, expanding the scope into enviornmental analysis, until the company was sold to an international laboratory corporation out of Scotland.
Lance Robins, a native of the Detroit metropoliatan area, has resided in Las Vegas since 1987. With over 17 years of success in sales, Mr. Robins joined CB Richard Ellis in 2002, where he specialized in Industrial Properties. He obtained his real estate license in 1998, and has completed his Commercial Real Estate Studies at the University of nevada, Las Vegas, Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies program. Additionally, Mr Robins has sales and leasing experience in the areas of office, land, retail and investment real estate. Over his career he has represented client's including California Plasticard, Inc., DP Partners, Verizon, CTI, Coca-Cola, Wells Fargo Bank, and Jackson Shaw.
